ERROR MESSAGE 0x8007064e

When I turn on my computer,
I get this error code from
Microsoft Security Essentials/client :
0x8007064e
Then my computer automatically reboots continuously
How do I fix this problem?

If I remember well, you had multiple problems not too long ago. Are they all solved?

First see if http://www.google.com/search?q=microsoft+security+essentials+0x8007064 gives the solution in any of the 109 hits. If yes, it's solved.

If not, see if you can boot into Safe Mode and uninstall MSE. That's - of course - one of the suggestions in the list of hits above, but it wouldn't be the first one I'd try, but the last one.

Two things I wonder:
1. If the reboot is related to this error.
2. If it wouldn't be better to do a clean install of your OS to fix all existing issues.

then I reinstalled
and now my computer is working

please tell me step by step, since i am not computer savvy, otherwise everything works fine by now, OS was reinstalled as per your instructions,

Fixed The Error For Me

Ok so all I did was what the other person said do a clean reinstall of windows and then reinstall the application and everything is good now.
