error in printing works spreadsheet

Feb 16, 2010 6:00AM PST

I just bought a new Kodak 3 in 1 printer, and when I print a Microsoft works spreadsheet, it will not print the calculation in one column even though the correct figure shows on my PC screen. It will only print xxx.
I am using Works 7 and have windows xp. No problems until bought new printer.

Column not wide enough

Try making the column a bit wider. The printing font may be a bit wider than the screen font, so if the column is too narrow for the print then none of the figures will print.

Thanks. That took care of it. It took only one point more to be wide enough.
