Error Code

My computer has been running slowly and I have DSL, Dell 4600 pentium 4CPU 2.5 GB Ram.
I have AVG Anti-Virus Free ed. and ran their PC Analyzer it found 1310 registry errors, 11, 701 junk files. It said there were 2 broken signatures, one was for their download manager, the other a temp folder. They offered to eliminate them once for free then get their download. I didn't know what would be affected by their removal so I did nothing.
The last few days, I'm receiving error codes.

I'm not sure what to do and if I eliminate these files will it affect operating programs or will I lose data in them?
Also, Is this AVG software the way to remove these things, is there a free version software that would do the same thing?
Thanks, I know this is lengthy but this is the error messages I'm getting.

I guess because I am a newbie, especially to this kind of stuff and I've always gotten concrete help that I can understand in this forum.
I tried the PC Analyzer because of the slowdown of my computer and it was part of the AVG Free Anti-Virus software.
I guess I was looking for an objective opinion too about the PC Analyzer if it was the preferred software for troubleshooting these kinds of problems.
I'd prefer the free version but don't have any experience to know how they troubleshoot your system and how it will affect programs if you eliminate the things they reveal.
If you feel I still would be best serve in the AVG forum, I'll post there.

Just thinking.

The Cnet AVG forum is one of the RARE forums where real AVG folk check in. I'm not saying you posted in the wrong spot but don't want you to pass up an opportunity.

Click on: which shows the forums. On the right there is an AVG logo just down the page. Try that logo.
