Error Code:4E00:032B

by IvanTy / March 14, 2007 1:19 AM PDT

I keep getting a "A USB port has power Surge" error message. I then clicked on reset but the USB device still does not work. I then get a "Windows does not recognize a USB device" error. I then clicked the error message and when I right clicked on the unknown device in question(in the device manager) it says no driver installed for the unknown USB Device.

The USB device in question is a Logitech for wireless mouse and keyboard. When the computer is started, the device work good until i get the "Windows does not recognize a USB device error.

I ran the disk that comes with the computer-Drivers and Utilities disk-and i get the following error message:
Error Code:4E00:032B, and
Msg: USB Controller 0 Shows an over-current indication on Port A.

Can someone please guide me as to how to go about fixing these two problems.

Thanks a lot for referring me to the previous discussions on this topic.

I have gone to it and it seems that if i get the patch it should work since i have done all the other suggestions and none worked.

Will tell you if it works.
