Error Code 11

My antivirus is not responding. Not only am I getting an error code 11; it is now responding to me in Spanish. Can I please get some assistnce?

The information requested in red would help;

Note: If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.

In addition to that, tell us which anti-virus and in what way is it not responding? What is responding in Spanish? Is Spanish relevant to this computer, eg the operating system is a Spanish version, or similar?

system restore

I agree that more information is needed. In the meantime, you can try to do a system restore to a point when your antivirus software was working...
