I was installing Windows 8 on to my pc that I have just built, When it was 0% Getting files ready, It said Error: A file is missing or corrupt. Error code 0x80070570. On that HD I had Windows 7 Professional and I had an error that LogonUI.exe Entry Point Not Found. So yea. I really need help. The disk is formatted so I cannot access Windows 7. I got the iso and burnt it to a disk. Booted the PC from the DVD. I have a Windows 7 Professional Disk but no key and a Windows 8 disk with a key. If you want specs, Please check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=goX-GkhOtqE Please help me

Mostly on older machines. It's NEVER A SURE THING that you can install other than the supplied OS on any PC.

Also, some PCs are no longer tested for older Windows. I'd ask it's maker what OSes are supported.

Finally a client had install issues. They brought it in and the Windows DVD was for a Dell. They didn't have a Dell.

Assuming there is nothing wrong with the w8 disc try this.
Grab a copy of gparted live and boot it up.
Remove all the partitions from the hdd.
Boot up the w8 disc and test.
