Resolved Question

error code 0x80070057 - any solution ?!

Has anyone found solution for resolving this bug !? I have laptop Toshiba Satellite L775-109 with OS Win7-64bit and when I try to fill the Windows credentials ( control panel>credential manager) I receive refusal in the form of error code 0x80070057 and explanation that the parametar is incorrect

Thank you so much Mark Flax for providing the right link which helped me resolving the issue ! And then special many thanks to Kristian Hayes who actually helped me resolve the problem with the error code 0x80070057 and, in my case, the inability to establish my Credential Manager . Thanks a lot to both of you !

I'm glad you got it sorted, but it's interesting that Kristian Hayes' post was the one that helped. From the comments I saw in that discussion I had discounted his. Happy

Mark, most of the time simple answers (coming from pundits ) are the elegant ones that eventually resolve the problem ! So much about this issue and thanks again to both of you --- each of you for your advice --- Mark and Kristian .
