By making a new post all other information is lost. You get to tell what OS and other relevant information.
One thing about that OS that is needed is if its a FULL RETAIL VERSION or something else. If not a full retail version then HP may have an issue that we can't fix and you'll have to ask them for a fix.

Bob (Moderator),
Thanks for your help. Downloaded file 'amsint.mpd' as instructed into:
C:\Program Files\HP Simple Backup folder.
I can make Disaster Recovery diskettes OK & they Test OK.
However, when I try to make a Full System or even Partial Backup I still get the same error, viz.
"Error while preparing bootable media. Please ensure there is enough free disk space."
"Error 410 C:\Program Files\HP Simple Backup\TMP1.DIR\amsint.mpd"
Can you be of further help?
Did I put the amsint.mpd file in the correct location?
What is TMP1.DIR? and how is it created?
I cannot 'Find' it.
Thanking you in advance
