Error 1311 When Installing Office 2003

Hi, I'm trying to install Office 2003 and during installation I'm getting this 1311 error stating that it cannot find a certain .cab file. I searched for the file and found it. I also read the MS KBase article for this error and it does not work. I copied all the files to my HD and I still get the error(I'm not trying to install from a CD).


Also note: I had this problem about 3 months ago and someone gave me the solution (I can't find the forum) so I know there is some kind of solution other than the MS KBase advice. Thanks!

Did you read the 4 posts about 1311 on these forums?

Here's just one. But they never replied if they fixed it.
