Epson Workforce 845 Fax Receiving to Computer

I have an Epson Workforce 845. I run Windows 7 64 bit. I have automatic updates on Windows turned on.

About a year ago I set up Windows Fax and Scan to manage the incoming faxes from my Epson. I cannot recall how I did so, but my faxes stopped printing out automatically and instead transferred to my computer in a folder I used Windows Fax and Scan to manage. The files are .tif files, but I'm not concerned with the format.

On November 2, 2012, my faxes stopped transmitting to the comptuer and now print out automatically.

I have searched the forums for windows fax and scan help, and spent hours on the phone with Epson to find out that this printer doesn't support receiving faxes and then sending them to a comptuer instead of printing them. I am baffled because I am absolutely certain that it will, and I was doing it for about a year and then it stopped.

If anyone has any suggestions I would be grateful.
