Epson WorkForce 545

Epson wirless WorkForce 545, tried to wire lessly connect to my Apple i Mac. I have a Qwest now Century Link Q1000 router.
It states that a router access point channel conflict has been detected. I have called Century Link, they are saying my wifi wireless printer shows. I have called Apple no resolved. I called Epson nothing. HELP!
Also on the Epson printer screen it says typ in your WPS pin code which is a 8 number long number, but where on my i mac do I do this? HELP I am so frustraded.

Setup requires we become network gurus. While I don't think this is right, the industry deserves every return from folk that just want it to work without learning TCP/IP or paying 150 bucks to someone to set it up.

I'd return it if Epson can't make it work for you.
