as the file you would download for 64 bit Windows 7 is named SCX3900_x64_611ERUK_s.exe and all you have to do is double click on it to run it (or right click it and choose to run it as Administrator).
i have to download this what is a good won to download and free can you send me a link for that
I am not sure why you are asking about WinZip but here is a link to several freeware file archivers that work real similar to WinZip:

Are you CERTAIN you have 64 bit Windows 7 and not 32 bit? VERIFY as follows:
1. Click the Start button Picture of the Start button, right-click Computer, and then click Properties.
* If "64-bit Operating System" is listed next to System type, you're running the 64-bit version of Windows Vista or Windows 7.
* If "32-bit Operating System" is listed next to System type, you're running the 32-bit version of Windows Vista or Windows 7.
The edition of Windows Vista or Windows 7 you're running is displayed under Windows edition near the top of the window.
it is 32 bit windows 7 i needed winzip to open the file for epson i have it on my computer and cant open it a error comes up all the time mybe it is just s easy to buy a new printer scanner
