downloading counter spy. One of the best programs out their and its compatible with 98SE.
http://www.sunbelt-software.com/CounterSpy-Download.cfm
this is just a trial, but it only costs 19.99
After installation run a scan in safe mode and i am sure it will find some programs other programs have missed.

SpywareGuard[/b[ http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareguard.html provides a real-time protection solution against spyware that is a great addition to SpywareBlaster's protection method.

An anti-virus program scans files before you open them and prevents execution if a virus is detected - SpywareGuard does the same thing, but for spyware! And you can easily have an anti-virus program running alongside SpywareGuard.

SpywareGuard now also features Download Protection and Browser Hijacking Protection

SpywareBlaster
can help keep your system spyware-free and secure, without interfering with the ''good side'' of the web.

And unlike other programs, SpywareBlaster does not have to remain running in the background.

SpywareBlaster is freeware for personal and educational use

-Prevent the installation of ActiveX-based spyware, adware, browser hijackers, dialers, and other potentially unwanted software.
-Block spyware/tracking cookies in Internet Explorer and Mozilla/Firefox.
-Restrict the actions of potentially unwanted sites in Internet Explorer.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
