the regular Sansa e200s should be able to drag and drop, I know the e200Rs were improved for Raphsody compatibility but I didn't think they took out the drag and drop.
Check and see if you can install Rockbox on the e200Rs
Otherwise, check out like an iRiver clix or Creative player
Is there such a thing that JUST plays your music, allows playlists, and doesn't spy on/encript/reformat everything you own?!
So... I just purchased a Sansa e200R rhapsody player.... and I'm just about sick of it already. I was hoping to avoid ipods, and all their restrictive itunes software, so I got an 8gig player that seemed elegant, but straightforward... and it's even more hoops/time/absurdity to deal with than an ipod. I thought I was simplifying.
SO... my main goal is to simply convert all my cds to mp3s, have them organized by album or whatever, and occasionally use playlists. I don't need video or complex software... just a readout of what I'm listening to and about 4-8 gigs memory. No restrictions, just straight files, I created, and not full of liscensing agreements and bs.
Am I an idealist, or does such a thing actually exist?
Please advise!
Thanks
