Secure

Ok you are right.
It is something really secured that why I prefer something paying to be sure I have something functional and being maintained.
The documents are saved on a server.
I need mostly to secure the document on the folder, so if they are a virus or someone stole the laptop he can't access to documents.

Then use what is at the link.

Remember that today, security is only so tight. If it's too tight, your governments step in. I'm sure you don't want to start yet another discussion about that but focus on what you can do and not head to air tight so tight you governments can't get in or other.

The solutions I see do not cost a dime.

You have to define what you mean by best.

I don't use such because I do not want to suffer loss. So for me I use the simple zip file and password when needed. For me that's best.
