Files in C:\_Restore might not be scanned or be locked. You can uninstall Spybot without much ado, and delete files in its directory to clean it out.
As to incredimail, I have no answer. It's a program that looks nice but when it fails, incredimail has no answer. Neither do I.
I just uninstalled 'SpyBot' search and destroy..did a virus scan and found 3 infected files and over 100 'Spybot' files that were encrypted and not able to be scanned. Now I'm also getting the same 5 or 6 emails duplicated over and over with incredimail.
