Enable services in Win Me

Hi to everyone:
I have a network with 10 computers. My server is a Dell Poweredge 800 Win 2003 512MB HD 80 & 40 GB.
From here I send console messages to all the others, but I can?t send the messages to 2 of the 9 computers that have Windows Me, the messages to the rest of them delivered succesfully.

How can I enable this service in the Win Me computers? What can I do?

You may be used to a better OS, but for NET SEND messages to show on DOS based Windows, you run WINPOPUP. Hint: Research that at google.com
