"remove the entry from Control Panel/Add/Remove Program?" at google finds...
You can use this or many free tools like ADD REMOVE PRO at http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=add+remove+pro
It can do this if you feel unlucky at registry editing.
I am using Verizon DSL connection. It came with the Verizon Broadband Toolbar program installed on IE7.
WHen I installed AVG Antivirus and ran it, it removed the Toolbar DLL.
Now, when I am trying to uninstall the toolbar from the Control Panel I am getting the message "can't find the toolbar dll".
I know that I might search the registry to manually remove all references to the Verizon Broadband Toolbar, but I was not able to find any.
Is there any other way to remove the entry from Control Panel/Add/Remove Program?
