That Emin Percussion link just gave me a "Domain for sale" page, so nothing there.
What does your friend say about this plight? Since you sent her the money in the first place, may be she still has some contact with this maker?
Other than that, I am unsure why you posted in these forums. The topic is not particularly releavant to anything the forums discuss.

Hi All,
I wanted to share with you a sad story about a great broken drum ( this is how it looks like http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-G0SKjaQPM04/TdclIDySZfI/AAAAAAAACi0/rcWHQCNU5jQ/s1600/P3130287.JPG) ,
while
my friend was in Istanbul I head about a maker called Emin Percussion
, which sells drums and percussion, i sent her $820 and they shipped me
what was suppose to be an amazing drum, unfortunately i received a
broken drum , no matter how many emails and phone calls i made, i also
went to the post office and got a proof from them that i did receive a
broken drum, Emin Percussion wouldn't respond to my emails and wouldn't
take responsibility!
The drum was poorly packaged, and for $300 shipping you would expect something professional, think twice before you buy!
good luck,
David
