Embedding music clip into a Powerpoint

by rocky1a / January 17, 2006 1:36 PM PST

New to PPS & sound. Please help.

Using AMD Athlon XP Processor and XP Home/Pro.(3000+)
512 MB; DDR SDRAM w/integrated graphics.

Micro. Power Point

How does one EMBEDD a music clip into the PPS. Please give explicit procedure. The "Help" section doesn't cover the procedure very well at all! (no surprise!)

Got the music clip into the PPS but can't find what to do to embed it so it can be e-mailed to friend.

Thank you, Rocky

Embedding sounds in Powerpoint...
by John.Wilkinson / January 20, 2006 11:00 AM PST

I know it's been a couple of days, but if you haven't come up with the solution yet you can find two methods of embedding sound in your Powerpoint presentation by clicking here. These instructions are good for Powerpoint 2000, XP, and 2003, so you should be good.

Hope this helps,
John

This was driving me nutz! Will use! One problem was that I was using midi files instead of wav. The other was the size thing.

Thank you very much, John!

Have a blessed week.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
