In Windows 10 why doesn't the correct number of Emails show up on my in box.

What mail client are you using?
And what is incorrect? Only the count, or are you really missing emails? Or maybe see more emails than there should be?

In ( My Yahoo) the inbox mail count is incorrect ie: unread mail count shows 7 when there are actually 15 or more (for example) unread. Thanx for your patience. I'm an older guy trying to get through this stuff.

So is this the Web mail at Yahoo?

Yahoo's web mail is funny like that. I know folk want this stuff to be perfect but it isn't.

The tile in 10 isn't known for its reliability or ease of use. Most folk here toss it and install something else.
