Disconnect from Internet, start the program and delete the mail from the outbox. When there is no Internet connection, the mail can't be sent, so isn't in use, and then I expect it can be deleted.
Then close the program and reconnect to Internet.
An outgoing email with an invalid email address is stuck in my Outbox and I am unable to access my Live Mail program. It is blocking my access to my inbox, drafts, contacts. How can I delete the stuck outgoing email? I can't use my Live Mail program to work offline.
