I've had fair to middling success with Dell phone support, over several years of desktop and then laptop ''support''. But Dell has yet to answer even one of 5 or 6 Tech Support emails that I've sent them in the past year. Dell's methodology appears to make the phone waits too long and the tech support personnel incapable of speaking American English, thus turning away legit customers with legit problems. Their chat room appears to be a non-existent entity. Their email support must just delete messages as they arrive. Forget about the extended Customer Care warranty - it seems to mean nothing. GEEK Squad here I come.
