No, with us it's totally up to the individual user to decide if he does it or not, and what is in it.

Email Signatures

It is initially not required, but if you're playing a big role at company and especially when being involved as an company you should add Email signature, cause with your Email signature you help email receiver to know about you and YOUR company as well.
So yes, if you want others to know who you're and what you do.
