I take it that the maker and your IT staff has failed. Given the machine is rare you find you'll be asking the maker (if they are still in business), posting all over the Internet and of course, replacing the now out of date machine.
At work, we have an Imagistics 4511 copier. It's an old machine, but it has network scanning capabilities by sending through email. We recently got new computers (four operating PCs and a PC working as a server). Since the upgrade, our copier will not scan to any email address if a "main" email is not open (not sure why this one email was "selected"), whether we're scanning to that "main" email address or another address. We worked around this for a few months, but now the copier is not completing scans at all, even if the "main" email is open and running. It gives the "successful" message on the copier, but nothing ever comes through. Any idea how to fix this issue?
