I am trying to send an email out using an email merge in MS Word. The email has a URL that takes the reader to an online brochure. When I send the email though, recipients using Outlook are unable to click on the URL (they would have to paste the URL into a browser). MS Word or Outlook removes the hyperlink.
If I just create an email in Outlook and send, the hyperlink is not lost. So why is it lost when I send the email from within MS Word? Can anybody tell me why this might be happening or suggest a way to prevent it?
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
