email dublications what causes?

Apr 25, 2007 12:03PM PDT

Hi,
My wife is on the same router as me and the same account. The same machine and OS. But she gets much more email dublicates as I do and more constantly. Does anyone know the cause and how to fix it?
Any help is so much appreciated as it spams our inboxes.
TIA
Rolf

And what does it have to do with Microsoft Office?

Sorry, not the same email account but with the same ISP. We use the same types of laptops. Maybe this clarifies things a bit.
We use Outlook XP pro.

I pay a very small amount of $1.25 AUS for spam protection to my ISP and the same amount again for an Anti-virus protection per month for each account. Can't go wrong here.
I don't think its spam but what audacity suggested. And it works fine so far. Thanks Audacity.
