If you use pop3 as an e-mail protocol, and have settings on all clients set to 'leave on server', this is the result.
Better switch to imap (if your email provider and email programs/apps allow) or to full webmail in stead of local clients with local storage. That was quite useful when (long ago) connection speed was low and you only had one device. you used for e-mail. But it's getting impractical for those - like you - that use more that one device for their e-mail.

Hi,
New to the forum so apologies if this is in the wrong section or whatever.
So I'm looking for an email client that syncs across android and Windows 7 so that I don't have to see and delete etc the same email across different devices. Preferably free but I am OK paying a little for the convenience.
It also needs to work with hotmail, gmail and outlook. As these are the email accounts I have.
I have also noticed that whatever email client I use, if I delete an email in the client it does not delete it from my actual inbox on the website interface. This would be really useful as well.
I know this is a big ask and I'm not even sure if it even exists. If anyone finds one I would be greatly appreciative.
Thanks
Dan
