My daughter and I have the same isp internet connections. I us Winmail as my primary email service, when I send her a email it she does not get it. It will be returned to me stating that could not locate server, this is a permanent error. However she can email me and I receive the email. We are both using verizon.
If anyone has a thought appreciate your input. I spent a half hour with verizon and did not help.

1. What is "winmail"? If you mean 'Windows mail' it's not a service, it's a program. Or is it email-provider (something www.winmail.com)?
2. Can you email to other people and is your daughter the only one you can't reach? Or can you email to nobody at all?
3. What exactly do you mean with "returned"? Is it being sent (so it appears in your Sent Items) is it not being sent?
4. Are you sure you send the mail to her correct email address?

what happens if you "Reply" to one of the emails your daughter has sent you?

I agree with Kees, if you can send emails to others, then this is likely an email address problem.

Sir, I can type a message and hit reply and she does get. I am using the same address that I used prior to this problem. I thank you for your reply, however I did not like the tone of the persons fingers and will not reply to him or whoever.

Not sure what you mean.

Kees was asking for more information, as I would have done.

Since this works when you hit Reply, then type your reply and then hit Send, this looks like the email address you are using to write a 'new' email to your daughter is different, and is incorrect.

Glad you got it sorted.
