Emachine wont start

Hi I have a Emachine its about 3 years old. It wont turn on. I hear the fan running but nothing comes on. I can open the cd disk drive but light doesnt even come on.

Open case and inspect innards. Find dust bunnies, clean them out. Next, reboot and check results, notice the cpu fan, does it spin or twitch? Come back with results.

Remove all memory sticks and USB connections then try again. No Go?

Try unplugging all connections, press and hold the Power On button for 60 seconds. Try again.

Still dead? It's something else such as failed board, card, chip, cable or display.
