HP Pavilion i5-6200u, 2TB HDD, 8GB RAM Brand New for £380 . Which one to buy ?

Used has to be cheaper than new by more.

As there is no warranty, the risk presses the price down. So the Pavillion in this round unless you get get the used for much less.

New elitebook is £1200 as its a business laptop

Moore's Law is unkind to old laptops. Not to mention no warranty.
