I'll guess a bad wiring connection was made and as such, THEY should fix it before damage to the speaker, to you, or to other electronic parts occurs.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
I have just reinstalled my speaker(5.1ch) after servicing. But there is a metalic area in the backside of the speaker which is giving low voltage electric shock. What is more surprising is that while turning off the power(current) of the speaker, that metalic area still gives current shock.I,ve noticed that the current is coming from the CPU,s 3.5mm Jack. When i disconnected the jack the problem was fixed. Before servicing there was no such problem.
