eight core tablet pc?

It is said that Samsung would launch its octa-core tablet, but until now, we didn't see that. Days ago, when shopping for a tablet PC online, i found an eight core tablet pc 'TG Super8 E1' on a site of tinytrade, which features a Samsung Exynos 5 Octa 5410 cpu. To my surprise, this tablet pc is made in China, isn't it crazy? Read its specification, configuration of this tablet seems to no big difference compared with normal quad core tablet, in addtion to its CPU. Evem though, I am considering buying one, as i am so curious about eight core. However, quality of tablets made in China, even if the same model items, can't be confirmed until you experience it, isn't it? More information or advice?

I'm unsure why you would be interested in products you can't try out and if they fail to provide support as well, so let's hear why you want to go there.
