Ei systems 3113 optical drive removal

Hi I need to remove the optical drive as it is not working, I have a new one but cannot get the old one out, I have removed the screw and tried to pull out but it wont budge, is there anything else I need to do to remove it?

Thank you for the answer but its not my laptop and I am replacing the dvd drive for my aunt who cant afford someone to repair it proffessionally. All I need is to know whether there is another screw (which isnt obvious) or if it is indeed stuck. I have done this on my own laptop (dell) and had no problems this laptop is wierd. I have googled alot to try to find an answer but apart from the info for other laptop brands there is nothing specific for the ei systems brand.
