Effective Spyware/malware free program

I know I have a virus/spyware/malware issue on my computer. I have tried Avast, Spybot, Threatfire, Superantispyware, Trend Housecall, MSN online spyware locator and a couple of others. NOT ONE program can seem to locate it to destroy. Any ideas?? I hate the thought of having to wipe out my whole hard drive and start over. I would be forever grateful!!
