Question

EE Set Top Box

I have a EE set top box connected to my LG Smart TV.
Sadly I am unable to configure if to start up when the TV is turned on. I get a prompt asking me is I want to turn on the set top box but if I select 'YES' nothing happens so I have to switch it on with the EE control. Any tips appreciated.

And found https://broadband.ee.co.uk/ee-tv but no manual (must be me missing it.) But at the bottom of their page is some forum.

I guess support and manuals are not a feature for this box.
