Education: Mathematics

President Bush has indicated that he wants to recruit 70,000 math and science teachers to help our young students to learn the critical skills necessary for engineering of all kinds.

I was at a loss, and thought that my math was hopeless.

I found a place where I can get personalized mathematics instruction, not just a software program, but a real live human being for not too much cash.

The school's name is Linda Christas, and at least my math teacher is helping me to understand math engineering theories that before now I was unable to handle.

From what I can gather, the public schools have frozen schools like Linda Christas out because in order to receive any tax money, a school has to cooperate with a top down, one size fits all curriculum.... exactly what I didn't want.

At any rate, I am looking for a study buddy to augment my formal mathematics instruction.

Anybody out their interested??
