echo/ecobee setup question

hello, i'm in the initial stages of setting up some smart technology in the house. i'll be installing a couple ecobee thermostats and probably getting a dot, so i can use my own speakers.

i'm debating between going with a wink hub or a smarthings hub, but am leaning towards the wink. (and i'm aware...i think, that i don't need a hub to use the dot with the e'bee's, but didn't know if this could be pertinent to my question.)

so the question: the two thermostats are not that far from each other (just go with it, previous owner built the house and it's jacked up but it's what i have.) is it possible to name each thermostat independently so alexa knows which one to adjust? at night we set one thermostat a few degrees higher than the other.

thank you for your time and help.
cheers, j-
