Yes!
Last year in April, I had some items listed and some sold, others did not. In March I paid them the full amount they asked for, via my PayPal account (which by the way is owned by them.)The amount due was like $14.00 and it was deducted automatically. A few months passed and I get an EMAIL Message that I violated some Harbor act and I could no longer sell on Ebay? I had no idea what in the world they were talking about. Every transaction I ever did on Ebay was honest, and above board. I could not find a TELEPHONE number to contact a human being, and review the problem. No Such thing. You cannot find a number, and even with email messages, they do not pay attention to you. The next month I got another message stating I owe them money? WOW! No I am angry! Not only were they paid for services, but I was singled out for some Safe Harbour violation. Now I had two things to deal with. I wrote 12 Emails over 6 months to try and fix the situation. The only thing I got from them was more messages telling me I can never use Ebay again. What BS! The Management at Ebay sucks, and I would love to see Ebay investigated for FRAUD! Imagine, trying to pressure me into paying a second time and the fees were twice as much! Anyone have the same Problem????
