eBay expierence, bad and good

by Terrabith / April 5, 2005 8:33 AM PDT

I had 2 expierences with eBay and still use it sometimes. First time I have bough an oscilloscope off the eBay, which is usually and expensive electronic equipment. I got and old HP for $130 dollars. When I got it, it was not working. Also some things were not inluded as promised (such as manual). I have repaired it, but that cost me additional 20 bucks. I messaged the guy with a problem and he promised $10 off, but never gave it to me. Another time I bought a RAM module and even though it was sold AS-IS, it was in perfect unpacked condition. Bottom line, look through a lot of posts and look for respectable sellers.
