Ebay account forever limited. No appeal

Hi it's my history. I go to vacation and about 2 weeks have call from paypal say I have limited on my crefit card . I rushed home find out my house full items. Family member.used my ebay account out my permission. So I did dission.of returning all items to buyers. To get my money back. I explained ebay what happen. Then in 2 days I was out ebay forever. Because I open lots returns. And was abussing. Ebay money. They left me alone . Now have sellers dont refund me because ebay told them. Have sellers lie about items for not refund. Me I lost lot. Money for gisve wy for free..I am married whit 2 kids and my husbend is vetaran who fight for country. For them treat me like was dog . It's not right. And have seller who was refund me wrong not refund me all item I return. Ask ebay help and explain they hAve fraudulent. Seller. And ebay told me go paypal and open all claims I wish. And so estupid I dint know what I was go true. I did open claims on paypal. And they limited and banned me . And explain ebay told me . They don't care. So ebay took lot for me . And is not fair . My credit card was 46.000. They mess up live .and happiness on this family rip out . And they want me put fraud on credit. I can't do that's how much is hurts inside it's family.
