Easy Media creator 10 can't use

Oct 31, 2007 1:51AM PDT

I purchased easy media creator 10 and downloaded it on Friday. I yet to be able to use it. Uninstalled, reinstalled.
it continues to crash, hang, not work and then tells me it is unresponsive (duh)
I am not able to get any support from Roxio either, by far I am so disappointed, never been this disappointed with any software before.

Computer specs
xp professional
service pack 2
Bios version 3.15
intel(R) pentelum(R( D CPU
current speed 2800 MHz
Cache 2048 KB
installed mem 2.00 GB

Total cap 298.07 GB

used 168 GB
129 GB free

please help I don't know what else to do
Not getting any error messages, just not getting it to work at all. Frustrating, I try to open anything to work with in any of the applications in the software and it just hangs then freezes and nothing, absolutely nothing happens.

It installed but won't open, or...

It did not complete the install? If it's incomplete install then you might have a corrupted download.

Installed?

I believe it is a complete install. As for a corupt installation, I did it twice just in case that was the fact.
It is not telling me it needs anything or that anything is missing.
It opens at the very beginning of a project, then that it. It then freezes and the hourglass goes on eternity. Nothing more, when I try to see if I can stop it tells me the program is not responding.
this can go on for 15 mins, have been able to go do chores and start dinner come back an hour later and still nothing.

Obviously there is an compatability problem here.

That only Roxio can solve or give you a refund. Personally, I try not to buy software online without trial. In fact I just received an email about creator 10 with a discount but there was no trial so I just ignore it.
