But this reeks of spyware damage.
I'm at a friend's house and they are having problems with their earthlink dialup account...It keeps saying they have to setup a profile, then we click dialup (duh) and it says that either dialup networking, tcp/ip, or a dialup adaptor are not installed...would you like to install them? (duh) yes...setup failed..contact Earthlink Tech Support...blah, blah, blah...I've talked to them a total of TWELVE (12) times....no results...we've tried uninstalling the software, resetting the TCP/IP and a couple other things...the only thing that works it to make a manual connection in windows (but then you can't use the software)...help!!!
