Will this even hold up? Could this open the door for similar rulings across the country? Could this be the end of subsidized phones?
I'm not really a big fan of high early termination fees (I don't think anyone is), but I don't want to give up the subsidy. My carrier (Verizon) has a prorated early termination fee and the other 3 majors have pledged to do so.
