Earbud Tips

I recently lost my silicone earbud tips from my Philips In-Ear headsets and when I called them to purchase replacements, they told me that they did not sell them separately and referred me to a website called earbudreplacements.com. I was wondering if anyone else has purchased from them before I decide to.
