Well, http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/routers/3600-series-multiservice-platforms/product_data_sheet09186a0080091b9c.html shows a E1 card that can be used in a few specific Cisco routers. So the answer to your first question is: yes.
The answer to your second question is more difficult. A router connects different networks, usually your LAN and a WAN. It's not clear from your post what networks you have that have to be connected. Anyway, I'd ask the maker of your POS device what he recommends to use for the connection to your server. After all, he wants to offer you a working and manageable solution for your needs. He surely knows what's needed to implement what he sells. In fact, I'd order a turn-key solution (so he's responsible for the installation of the whole system).

Dear All
I have a question,
First, is that possible to install an E1 module (E1 card) on a Cisco router as an interface?
Second, if your answer is YES, I have a situation:
I have a Cisco router, its input interface is an E1 module and the output interface is a FAST ETHERNET and the output is connected to a server via Ethernet cable.
Now I want to know if the arrival calls to E1 interface (like POS Device ) are transmitted (routed) to server (that install E1 monitoring software) via FAST ETHERNET interface? and how ?!
Thank you very much in advanced
