e-mail won't stop sending

Windows Live Mail....Windows 7
I tried sending an e-mail (File). It was too large so it wouldn't go through. I broke it into smaller parts and resent...went through. Problem is the original (Large) file keeps trying to resend. How do I stop this Process. Thank You
