Sorry for the delayed response. Changing your password, was/is the first recommended course of action. Did you also change your security question? Have you contacted Windows Live Hotmail support? I realized today that my Hotmail e-mail address just sent a spam e-mail to every one on my contact list. I'm currently doing a scan using Malwarebytes, and I have Kaspersky Internet Security. I am pretty sure there is no virus on my computer. I changed the password to my hotmail account, I don't know if that does anything. Any suggestions for fixing the problem? Thanks
