- What e-mail app?
- What e-mail provider?
- Those mails you can't receive are still in the inbox in their web-client?
- You're not sure WHAT you have done. But you think you have done SOMETHING?

If you google ANDROID MAIL APP, you'll find many mail apps. Only you know what you installed and use. It could even be the standard one that came with your tablet.Or Chrome to access gmal.com.

The webclient is a browser (like Chrome or Firefox or Internet Explorer or Opera) on any PC you can find. Just go the right url, enter username and password and you're in the inbox.

Since it's a business address, I'd ask the IT guy to check your settings. That should help. If it doesn't, the last resort is to reset the tablet back to factory conditions and start all over.
