e-mail attachments

by ca15229 / April 6, 2004 12:16 PM PDT

I have cable connection with comcast broadband. I have a problem when forwarding some e-mail attachments that have pictures. Some attachments go through just fine while others do not. I do the same thing every time which is hit the forward button only. When I asked comcast tech help they told me to save it all to my computer then send as an original e-mail. I do not want to load up my computer by doing this, and I don't think it is necessary since some go through. I just don't know which will work until someone e-mails me back saying there was nothing attached. I have XP on a Medion. Thanks to anyone who can help me out.

I just wondered if you ever found out what was wrong when you forwarded and only some of the pictures went through. If so and you know how to fix it would you let me know. When I forward e-mails with attachments all the people I send to say they just get a blank e-mail.

I have a work around. You could use Hotmail or Yahoo for your E-mail. They are bought free and you can send and receive attachments up to 10mb.
